There is a bewildering array of fitness programs on DVD to choose from if you want to get fitter and have more strength. Folks who left turbo jam reviews indicate that this product might be just what you are looking for if you need quick benefits while training at home.
The crux of the Turbo Fire workouts is in their variety. They combine exercises from various sports and exercise to make the muscles work at different angles so as to keep them from getting used to the exercises. This feature also helps to prevent the user becoming bored with the routines.
Included in the price is a set of six DVDs and a pair of slightly weighted gloves to add light resistance to the routines.
The name Turbo Fire possibly stems from the fact that the workouts can use up calories at a rate of up to 1,000 an hour. This is superior to a walking exercise program. Obviously using up calories is one thing – you also need to make sure that your diet is sensible otherwise you can quickly undo all the good work of your training. The Turbo Fire workouts have their own meal plans to help you with this aspect, and even contain guidance on eating in restaurants.
Beginners to the program can make use of a set of eleven flash cards which detail the fundamentals of the course so as to prepare for the harder workouts to come.
- 6 Turbo Jam Workouts [DVD] – Learn & Burn; Turbo Sculpt; 20 Minute Workout; Ab Jam; Cardio Party; and Punch, Kick, Jam

Turbo Jam reviews
Does turbo jam work for the average user? Turbo jam reviews seem to suggest that this system has been successful a great number of users. The workouts are easy enough for newcomers but contain sufficient intensity to be a real challenge even for those who consider themselves fit. The fact that the system has a lot of variety in the workouts was also considered to be a real plus point.
For this type of workout program you need to have a good presenter and, in the view of most Turbo jam reviews, Chalene Johnson, who devised the program and demonstrates it on the DVDs, is admirably suited to this task. The inclusion of exercises using the weighted gloves was thought to be a very useful feature of the system as it enabled a much more intensive set of exercises to be performed for the arms and shoulders, areas which are sometimes neglected in such programs.
Occasional negative remarks crept into some of the turbo jam reviews. For example, a couple of movements were a bit jerky and could exacerbate existing back injuries. This issue should really not arise as anyone who has anything wrong with their back would know this and avoid those particular movements. There were some critics too of the music which accompanies the DVDs. It was not inspiring and just a little bit laid-back for exercise purposes.
Having looked at the turbo jam reviews and the product specifications in detail we have every confidence in advising that you buy turbo jam if you want to achieve quick and fairly easy results. As well as losing weight you should also gain in muscle tone so making the program good value for money.
