It is not only more easier to run on good music, but more effective too. I have selected some songs which I use while running. Some for fast pace and some for slower pace. My experience support this idea. It gives a refreshing and energetic feeling.

P90X is a 6/7 day "fitness" program combing strength training, cardio, and nutrition. It is intended to be used by people who are already moderately fit (or at the least, not completely sedentary and unfit) and want an "extreme" training program. I would definitely not recommend P90X for people who are medically obese or who have never done any real exercise before. It is of course better than nothing, but very overweight people will struggle with many of the exercises. The Beachbody web site has a fitness test that it recommends people take before starting the program.

This is really a well researched write up .A lot of people especially youth, have this notion that they can develop a six pack within a week ,after they start the work outs. The write up will be an eye opener for them,to understand that any work out to produce result have to be systematic and pragmatic.

I always listen to music when I run but I never thought of timing it to how fast I was running. I really enjoy My Sharona, for obvious reason haha. I might add your three suggestions to see if it helps me maintain a nine to ten minute mile, which is my goal.
